People typically have breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the day. However, some people crave something every once in a while. If you're a munching enthusiast, consider making cookies at home. Instead of regular cookies, you can also make banana cookies. They're delicious, and both adults and children will love them. Their specialty is that they'll want to make them again and again. Once prepared, they can be enjoyed for days. You can also pack them in a box and gift them to friends. This dish is very easy to make.
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
200 grams of flour
2 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons semolina
Half a small cup of chopped almonds
Half a small cup of sugar
Half a teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
Recipe
First, put the bananas in a mixer. Add the butter and sugar to make a paste. Then, transfer the paste to a large bowl.
- Now add flour, almonds, baking powder, and baking soda, and mix well. Now make a dough. Keep this dough in the refrigerator for a while.
- Now apply butter on a baking plate, take out the dough from the refrigerator, and shape the dough into cookies.
- If desired, add a drop of chocolate syrup on each plate. Place this plate in a preheated microwave for 5 minutes and bake the cookies for 15 minutes.
- The cookies are ready in no time. You can also add chocolate chips if you wish.
- If you don't have a microwave, remove the whistle from the pressure cooker, add salt, and bake the cookies on it.
- Cookies like this are very crispy. You can also drizzle honey on them to serve.
